Note: The form asks for next of kin details (i.e. your parents’, sibling’s or a friend’s telephone number . You are also asked to record on this form any medical condition that you may have and that we should know about  – e.g. diabetes or an allergy.

Why do we need this information? So that we know who to contact or how to treat you in case of  an emergency (i.e. if you are unwell during a walk). This information is collected only for health and safety reasons and is kept confidential – see our data protection policy.

What happens next? Our Membership Officer, HoiKen, will contact you to arrange a membership fee payment and to give you your membership card.
