Angela’s Lodge Farm Walk (Sat. 18/10/14)
Enjoy this easy peasy pre-season walk to the Lodge Farm!
Whether you are a veteran or a newbie at Cranfield, you must be eager for walking around and for socializing again (these last two weeks must have been tough for you too!). Have a break and come along to this pleasant walk, where you will meet awesome people and hopefully watch some wildlife (there will be some sheep around but that’s not really wild). At the farm you will be able to check out the delicious products of the farm shop (cakes, milk, ice cream, vegetables, bread…) and enjoy a proper English tea with cake. Also, a great opportunity to ask Angela about Lodge Farm’s raw non-homogenised milk that is sold in her shop.
We will be walking along public footpaths, departing from Cranfield. The walk is 2-3 miles long there, so you will get a taste of the English countryside!
And who knows, we may end up in North Crawley having a beer in the Cock Inn or in the Cranfield Social Club 🙂
