Following our stop to St Mary’s church at Marston Moretain at All Hallows Eve and our guided tour of the church and its unique tower (photo) in December last year, we have received an invite from Reverend Gill yet again – this time to their village fete.
The fete will commence at 13 hours when local ‘Olympic’ relay team arrives at the Old Vicarage. Expect to see morris dancers, dog agility competitions as well as tea and cakes in the church. Teddy bears parachuted from the church tower will be awarded an olympic medal for their bravery. An event not to be missed! -)
