Friday 27 April – Green Week walks
Green Week is taking place on Cranfield campus this week – take part in events organised by Cranfield University Walks:
1) Lunchtime biodiversity walk around Cranfield campus Walk itinerary:
Meet in front of Cafe Bookshop, Depart at 13.10 hours Return 14.00 hours There is no cost associated with attending this walk, just turn up.
Lunch break with a difference! Learn about the fauna and flora on Cranfield campus from our walk leader, Alan Nelson from School of Applied Sciences – an expert on dragonflies and an experienced bat surveyor.
2) Early evening walk to Lodge Farm, North Crawley Walk itinerary:
Meet in front of Cafe Bookshop, Depart at 17.30 hours Return back circa 19.30 hours Total walk length: circa 5 km (3 miles) Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for a walk on country footpaths. There are some stiles to climb over. There is no cost associated with attending this walk, just turn up.

Take a break from your studies – join us for a walk to Angela’s farm shop at Lodge Farm. Expect some delicious cakes!
A great opportunity to ask Angela about Lodge Farm’s non-homegenised milk, say hello to the cows and chickens or have a go at the trampoline.
